The Payment Protection Plan is designated to allow financial support toward loss of freight payments incurred due to an insolvent or bankrupt member.

Starting March, 2017 all new members are asked to participate in the PCA Payment Protection Plan.

PCA Members who have joined prior to March, 2017 will have an option not to participate, however, each member is strongly encouraged to participate.

The PCA Payment Protection Plan yearly contribution schedule:

1st year: USD $500.00

2nd year: USD 250.00

Per member/per participating office will be paid into a separate “Trust Fund” for the sole purpose toward supporting the loss of freight payments incurred by a participating member due to an insolvent/bankrupt member.

Our team of PCA builders have extensive knowledge in the Freight Forwarding Industry and are fully aware of the challenges Independent Logistics Partners are facing today.

We help Independent Freight Forwarding and Logistics Companies to achieve their ambitions.

We aim for a maximum of 3 partners per region or per country. The exception are the following countries due to their geographical size and their economic diversity in each region.

The countries are: Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, India, Indonesia, Mexico, Pakistan and USA.

Starting April, 2017 all Members will have the option to take part in the PCA Protection Plan.

The protection Plan is designed to provide financial support on outstanding freight payments.

This Plan is self- funded by all participating members and all monies are kept in a trust fund.

In case of a positive review, the process will take between 7 and 10 business days

Absolutely. In the members only section, there is a profile update request form to complete when you require any changes.

The Membership is renewable annually, and we offer an automatic renewal policy for the convenience of our members. Unless you choose to opt-out of automatic renewal, your membership will be automatically renewed every year on the anniversary of your enrollment. To cancel your membership, you must provide written notice of your intent to cancel at least 30 days before your membership renewal date.
