REGISTRATION

1. Honesty and Integrity: Members of PCA Network will act with honesty and integrity in all business dealings and interactions with other members, vendors, and customers. 2. Fair Competition: Members of PCA Network commit to compete fairly and ethically with other members and partners of the network. 3. Respect for Others: Members of PCA Network will treat all other members, vendors and customers with respect, courtesy, and professionalism. 4. Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Members of PCA Network will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including those related to safety, environmental protection, and labor practices. 5. Confidentiality and Privacy: Members of PCA Network will protect the confidentiality and privacy of customer information and other sensitive data. 6. Sustainability: Members of PCA Network will promote sustainability and environmentally responsible practices in all aspects of their operations. 7. Continuous Improvement: Members of PCA Network will continually strive to improve their operations, services, and products to meet the changing needs of the market and the industry. 8. Accountability: Members of PCA Network will take responsibility for their actions and be accountable for any harm or damage caused by their operations. 9. Conflict of Interest: Members of PCA Network will avoid conflicts of interest and disclose any potential conflicts to other members and appropriate parties. I / we understand that failure to comply with the PCA Code of Ethics may lead to termination of Membership. Termination of Membership does not entitle the Member to a refund of the Membership Fees.

1. Eligibility: Members must meet certain eligibility criteria to join PCA Network. This could include factors such as location, industry, size, experience, and business model. 2. Code of Conduct: Members must adhere to the code of ethics that outlines ethical and professional behavior. 3. Service Standards: Members must meet service standards to ensure the quality and reliability of their services. 4. Annual Global Network Meeting: Members are encouraged to attend at least two out of three Annual Events. 5.Privacy Policy: By uploading content, such as logos, pictures, etc., you are authorizing PCA Network to use this material for internal communication purposes. The PCA Network fully respects the right to privacy and is committed to maintaining confidentiality of the content. 6. Termination of Membership: Members may be terminated from the network for violating the code of conduct, failing to meet service standards or financial requirements, or engaging in unethical or illegal behavior. 7. Membership Renewal Policy: The Membership is renewable annually. To cancel your membership, a written notice, at least 30 days before your membership renewal date is required. 8. Fees and Dues: Members are required to pay their Membership Fees in a timely manner. I / we understand that failure to comply with the PCA Membership Rules may lead to termination of Membership. Termination of Membership does not entitle the Member to a refund of the Annual Fee.

The Payment Protection Plan is designated to allow financial support toward loss of freight payments incurred due to an insolvent or bankrupt member. The PCA Payment Protection Plan yearly contribution schedule: First year: USD 500.00, subsequent years: USD 250.00 Important: Non-participating members cannot access the Payment Protection Plan. I confirm to represent a legitimate company in good standing (financial and operative). I agree with and accept that PCA require a financial report from a credit risk assessor. I confirm that we do not have any outstanding payables or disputes over 60 days with any business partners. I confirm that we are not blacklisted on either FreightDeadbeats.com or any other association. I agree to allow the use of the images and logos that have been uploaded to this Application, within the PCA Global Network.
